Su, the Head Chef and Owner, hails from a rural town in Eastern Thailand where her parents ran a local eatery specializing in authentic Thai cuisine. Su's passion for cooking was ignited as she spent her formative years helping her mother in the kitchen before and after school. She then pursued her culinary dreams by cooking Southeast Asian delicacies at a luxurious hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, and subsequently honed her skills at a popular Thai restaurant in Portland, OR upon moving to the US. Driven by her passion and creativity, Su ventured out to start her own food truck in Woodburn, OR, where she proudly serves the community with the finest Thai dishes that reflect her desire and dedication to her craft. Each dish Su prepares is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence.
